DWD Sec. Caleb Frostman to Speak at WMC Manufacturing Tour Stop in Madison on Oct. 23

MADISON – Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC) is hosting its third annual Manufacturing Tour – sponsored by M3 Insurance – and the fourth event will take place at the M3 Insurance headquarters in Madison on Wednesday, Oct. 23.

The event will feature keynote remarks from Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development Secretary Caleb Frostman in addition to remarks from WMC and M3 Insurance on the current state of manufacturing, trends in the industry and challenges facing Wisconsin manufacturers.

Attendees will also hear from local manufacturing executives on the state’s economic outlook, best practices for solving the manufacturing workforce shortage and why Wisconsinites should consider the rewarding careers available in the industry.
