Reforms at the state and federal level have once again showed that when you get government out of the way, the economy prospers and tax collections increase. According to the state’s non-partisan Legislative Fiscal Bureau, Wisconsin will take in $818 million more than budgeted by June 2021. This is why WMC is calling on the legislature and the governor to provide common-sense tax relief and return some of the surplus back to the hard-working taxpayers of Wisconsin.
