Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC), Wisconsin’s largest business association representing more than 3,700 companies, is seeking a full-time Accounting Assistant/Receptionist. This position is responsible for greeting customers, answering phones, accounts payable, bank/account reconciliations, processing meeting registrations, product orders, processing various payments, credit card transactions and other general accounting tasks as assigned.
Requirements include an Associate Degree in Accounting (or equivalent accounting experience), accurate data entry skills, proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and other MS products. Experience in QuickBooks is helpful.
