Company: Allcast LLC
Location: Addison
Founded in: 1973
What they do: Allcast is a custom aluminum die-casting manufacturer.
How they’re growing: The die-casting company recently announced an expansion of its Washington County facility, which will create 88 new jobs. Allcast is adding 29,000 square feet to its current facility, as well as an additional 14,420 square foot addition to the company’s foundry. The two-phase construction project will cost $14 million, and will complete Phase I in October.
The Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) helped facilitate the project with up to $350,000 in state tax credits over a four-year period, dependent upon the company meeting specific job creation and wage level requirements.
What they’re saying:
“We are very excited to be able to continue to grow and expand our operations here in Washington County. Wisconsin has always had a rich history in manufacturing, including tool and die and high-pressure die-casting, which has allowed Allcast to develop a very talented and dedicated team of people here.”
– Mark Magnarini, Allcast president & CEO
