WMC Testifies to Assembly Special Committee on Trade and Supply Chain on Solutions to Supply Chain Issues

WMC Executive Vice President of Government Relations Scott Manley, testified to the Assembly Special Committee on Trade and Supply Chain on solutions to Wisconsin’s supply chain issues. As a global leader in manufacturing and dairy production, the supply chain is critical to Wisconsin. Wisconsin has more manufacturing jobs per capita than any other state in the nation. However, businesses can’t get their products to consumers with a broken supply chain.

In his testimony, Manley highlighted the three greatest issues impacting supply chain: the workforce shortage, increased energy costs and inflation. Manley proposed a comprehensive list of potential policy solutions to combat these issues.
