Opening Session: Using the Pareto Principle to Shape Strategy

The “Pareto Principle,” commonly referred to as “80/20,” is a crucial but often over simplified and undervalued philosophy that impacts every area of our personal and professional lives. In this training session, Tim will go beyond the common 80/20 cliches to gain a deeper understanding of the impact, and potential consequences, of our relationships with “the insignificant many” and “the vital few”. The training will be interactive with large and small group discussions throughout the day.
