WMC Director of Environmental & Energy Policy Craig Summerfield, submitted written comments to the DNR in opposition to a proposed rule (NR 107). The rule would impose stringent new regulations on herbicide treatments of lakes and ponds in Wisconsin. NR 107 hurts businesses that conduct herbicide treatments, as well as homeowners that depend on a well-managed lake or pond.
