The Battle For Wisconsin's Future Is On

March 13, 2012
Dear WMC member,
The battle for Wisconsin’s future is on!
The Government Accountability Board has set the recall election dates for Governor Scott Walker, Lieutenant Governor Rebecca Kleefisch and four GOP State Senators.
The general elections will be June 5.
That is the day when the people of this state will decide if we are going to continue moving forward by improving the business climate, or if we are going to turn back the clock to the days of massive tax increases, job losses and multi-billion dollar state budget deficits.
Our future is at stake. And, June 5 our future will be decided.
For the business community, this is not a battle of our choosing. But, we can’t retreat.
WMC is raising funds to deliver the message to the public about what’s at stake. Please, click here to make a generous donation to help us defend your business!
Governor Walker and the Senators facing recall have played a leading role in improving our business climate by supporting more than 30 pro-jobs reforms over the last 15 months. They have all supported tax cuts, lawsuit reform, regulation relief, and collective bargaining reforms.
But, the government sector unions, including many from out-of-state, won’t go away without a fight.
As business leaders, we must make a stand and I ask you to make it with WMC by making a contribution.
Our future is clearly at stake. Please give today.
Sincerely,

Kurt R. Bauer
