WMC, U.S. Chamber Visit With Lt. Gov. Kleefisch on Job Creation (Waukesha)

WAUKESHAWMC and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce will meet with Lt. Governor Rebecca Kleefisch and Department of Commerce Secretary Paul Jadin Wednesday in an open forum on Wisconsin job creation at the Country Springs Hotel and Conference Center in Waukesha.

The event is open to credentialed media in conjunction with WMC’s 100th anniversary celebration.

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce has commissioned an in-depth analysis of creating economic prosperity in Wisconsin and improving the state’s business climate.

The report’s author, Delore Zimmerman, U.S. Chamber of Commerce researcher with Praxis, will present the research and Lt. Governor Kleefisch will react. Business executives on a panel will comment on the research and provide their thoughts on job creation.

The panel of CEOs and business executives includes: Jim Winistorfer, President, Modern Equipment; Larry Rambo, Sr. Executive for Strategic Partnerships, Humana; and Aaron Powell, Vice President, Comprehensive Computer Consulting. Rambo serves on the WMC Board of Directors. Powell is the WMC small business committee chairman, and Winistorfer serves on the small business committee.
