Rich Laufenberg currently serves as Associate Director of Insurance Services with WMC Insurance and has been with the organization for two decades. He has worked in the insurance industry for 30 years, starting with an independent insurance agency selling individual products and then with a large health insurance company holding many different titles, including Marketing Coordinator. Rich serves WMC members directly as their go-to person for questions and customer service on their insurance products.
