Episode 44: Workforce & Health Care Costs

The top two issues facing Wisconsin’s economy are one, the workforce shortage and two, the high cost of health care. We need to have a focused worker attraction campaign – telling folks about why Wisconsin is a great place to live and work – in order keep our state strong for years to come. In addition, business leaders rate the spiraling cost of employer-sponsored health care as the second biggest challenge they face behind workforce, and this issue affects everyone from the top of the company down.
