The Wisconsin Recall Stakes – WSJ.com

Excerpt from Wall Street Journal article… According to a survey released last week by Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce, 62% of employers in the state say they plan to add employees over the next six months, an increase from 53% a year ago and 44% in December. Overall, the survey reported, 73% predicted moderate to good growth at their own companies and more than half said they planned to expand in the state in the next two years—the highest rate in a decade.
