WMC Promotes Mallory Wipperman to Director of Membership

MADISON – Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC) – the combined state chamber, manufacturers’ association and safety council – announced on Thursday that Mallory Wipperman has been promoted to Director of Membership.

Wipperman joined WMC in 2017 as Member Relations Coordinator and then served as Associate Director of Membership. Before joining WMC, Wipperman held numerous roles in Gov. Scott Walker’s office, including Senior External Relations Advisor, where she managed major events for the governor and coordinated with communications and policy staff within the administration.

“Mallory has been an invaluable member of the WMC team for years,” said WMC President & CEO Kurt Bauer. “Her dedication and thoughtfulness has enhanced our ability to foster impactful relationships across the state. We’re excited to see how she will continue to grow our membership in this new role.”

With her promotion, Wipperman will continue her work with new and existing members to broaden WMC’s impact at the State Capitol and throughout Wisconsin.

“I have cherished my time spent working with the business leaders of this state and the work we do representing Wisconsin’s business community,” added Wipperman. “I am humbled by this promotion and I can’t wait to continue to work alongside our members to make Wisconsin the best state in the country to do business.”

Wipperman earned her bachelor’s degree in political science at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and currently resides in Madison.
